Pretty blue butterfly

A really pretty butterfly I saw this morning.....The colour was so vivid, it was so surreal! It was so weird, there was an object of a similar colour nearby too..

Tiger moth spotted again

Previously saw a butterfly/moth similar to this one a month ago in the same area about a block away.

I wonder if this is the exact same one because there are not many around the area.
